In Surrey with Otis

After our move to the U.K., Harley and I found ourselves comfortably settling into the English countryside life. During this period, I took on house-sitting opportunities for friends and family, leveraging the flexibility of working remotely and setting my own schedule. Recognizing the absence of the commitment tied to having a permanent residence, I embraced the idea of exploring different places.

My first house-sitting venture led me to Surrey, where I had the pleasure of caring for a full menagerie! Otis, the silver Labrador, was my best friend for the next 10 days. In addition to Otis, I was caring for Jasper and Frankie, the two cats, BooBoo, Tickles, and Cuddles, the rabbits, two pigs named Mable and Mavis, and an ensemble of nine chickens.
