We'll send you an estimated quotation for the proposed sit along with an invite to schedule a call with us. If you’d like to move forward, schedule a call to go over all the details and receive our booking agreement.

To ensure we fully understand your unique needs and preferences, and to get to know each other a bit better, we like to schedule a consultation call. This will also enable us to provide a more accurate quotation for the proposed sit. After the call, you will receive a final quote and our booking agreement.

We'll send you a final quotation for the proposed sit along with our booking agreement. To confirm and secure your booking, the completed booking agreement and a 20% deposit will be due immediately. Our booking agreement must be completed, and the deposit received before we can officially reserve your dates.
Once we have these, the sit is confirmed, and we will follow up 1-2 weeks before the sit is due to start with a checklist.

The total payment for the scheduled sit will be due 48 hours before the start date. You will get a reminder!

In most instances, we are delighted to arrange a meeting with you and your pets before the booking, especially if you are within a reasonable distance. We usually prefer an in-person meeting and hand-off the afternoon or morning before you depart. However, there have been cases where we've arrived at homes after the owners have already departed.
