3 Black Cats
I’m in Norwich this week taking care of 3 black cats. Black cats have a special place in my heart. The owners had warned me that 2 of the cats were very, very timid and it would take time to get to see them. Freya, one of their newer adoptees had only let her owners pet her a few times prior to my house sit.
Rhea, the boldest of the 3, has loved hanging out with me while I was working. I sat in the conservatory and she’d sit next to me and sunbathe. She also loves to play, and will roll around with her toys in front of me to get my attention.
Petra showed her face a few times but was very timid. She, like my dog Harley, has 3 legs. Petra would take treats from me and sometimes sit with nearish to me, but she took a while to warm up.
Freya, the youngest and newest cat rarely showed her face. She was very scared and would come near if I got the treats out, but would not take them from me. The owners were impressed that Freya came close enough to take this beautiful picture of her.
